It is mainly about historical knowledge and its possible practical relevance for us today, a kind of ‘look at the past to find solutions for the future’.
Why plants?
I am fascinated to see how the same plant, or let’s say, vegetable, is so differently used depending on the soil, climate, and imagination of the people. This is also one reason why I have started this site. Plants do not have any nationalities; they just chose the best environment for themselves.
